This is important to us because we are so fortunate. Due to circumstances in and out of our control, we find ourselves in the unique place to give back to the community we support professionally.
We value people and the gift of humanity. We use our talents to help in many ways during our work life, but there is more. We feel a connection within our communities.
With the anchor of our work going to help the vulnerable (i.e., patients of all ages globally) in the access and use of quality medicines, we are compelled to expand this to something even more tangible and immediate.
Our Foundation is Built on Practicality
Quality Executive Partners (QxP) is a woman owned, small business that is recognized globally as a premier business and quality consulting and education team for the pharmaceutical industry. We provide essential and foundational support to the industry with every intention to help ensure patients have access to the quality medicines they need.
It is no surprise therefore that QxP wants to support women and men in need of the foundations that sometimes we can take for granted. QxP started Panty Claus. Our Panty Claus team believes that in more ways than one, putting on a new bra or underwear can be an uplifting experience; one that sparkles with a sense of new starts, new experiences, and new opportunities!
With the help of Panty Claus’s many generous friends, we are on a mission to proudly support our communities that express a need for beautiful, high quality, brand new personal essentials, from top to toe – Body care to socks. We’ve got those who need it, covered!
Panty Claus joyfully delivers our packages across the country to shelters for people who are unhoused, those seeking protection from abuse, and fostered youth, every Christmas.

Quality Executive Partners Inc. is the proud (yet secretive) supporter of Panty Claus. Our passion is driven by supporting communities in need by listening to and delivering what they tell us will create the greatest impact.
While lots of kind people donate high quality used clothing, intimate garments must be new. All (and we do mean every red cent) of these funds will be used to purchase these items from a volume discounter who provides beautiful high-quality bras, underwear, and body care products at a very modest cost.
Panty Claus and her elves packages these items into delivery bags for each shelter and get them there by Christmas day! Your opportunity to donate for this year’s deliveries closes December 15th so that the purchase can be made for delivery on December 23rd. Missed your opportunity? No worries! Donations are welcome all year round and will be utilized for the next donation round.
It doesn’t matter if you have been naughty or nice! With a little help from all of her friends, Panty Claus is coming to town to uplift spirits and boost pride, confidence and dignity!
